Information provided to Raglan 23 by Waikato District Council shows that no nominations have been received yet for the Raglan councillor or community board positions.
While a recent article in the Chronicle said that Mrs Cole, Mr MacLeod and Mr Vink would be standing for the community board, so far, they haven’t yet put their nominations in. We’ve heard that Mr Vink has recently left the country but he will be back just before the last day for nominations on 16th August, so he may yet get his nomination filed.
So currently we have nobody standing for the Raglan ward councillor position or for the Raglan Community Board.
