A fourth Raglan route 23 service is operated by a double decker service early in the morning leaving Raglan at 7am from a stop near the Raglan i-SITE. A corresponding double decker return service arrives in Raglan at 4.45pm. The double decker bus services these Raglan roads: Wainui Road,  Bow St, James St, Wallis St, Government Rd, Manukau St, Main Rd (SH23).

The adult fare for trips within Raglan is $3.50 and the child fare is $1.90.  From November to April the weekday morning and early afternoon services and the weekend services are extended to include Manu Bay and Wainui Rd.  The separate fare for this section alone is $1.00 for adults and $0.50 for children.  See map below for routes and bus stops.
