Stuart Shepherd exhibition at Old School Arts Centre

ITS ON NOW – Stuart Shepherd’s exhibition at the Raglan Old School Arts Centre in Stewart Street. In the last update I said “prepare to be amazed, and I was right.

From the first “Wow!” in the doorway on arrival …. through the sheer pleasure of beautiful photographs and drawings, some by Stuart, others by friends, some by untaught artists….. to a mind-boggling design based on mathematical formula by Martin Thompson, this exhibition is amazing – and challenging – and really interesting as Stuart tells some of the stories about the works and about the artists.

And its fun – from the  huge wall hangings to some charming little birds made from drawer handles.

And it sounds as though you might want to keep an eye on things during the week, as Stuart hopes to create a special installation that is all about Raglan, about the Old School, and…….. who knows? You need to be there……
