May 4: Ramblers take an easy walk by Kaitoke

On May 4th, Raglan Ramblers will be heading along the Kaitoke Walkway. This is a fairly easy local walk of about four kilometres with good views. It starts by the school then on the banks of Kaitoke Creek to Flax Cove, where remnants of the 1900s flax mill remain.

Each “Rambler” accepts responsibility for any accident or injury received while travelling, or walking over private property. Be prepared – carry enough food, clothing, first aid kit for emergencies and preferably a mobile phone.
