Jenny Carter has opened a new shop on Bow St, Raglan selling her popular Ruapake Artisan Bread. Right next to Whaingaroa Trade Aid, the shop is barely one metre wide. Fans of the sourdough bread are already beating a path to the new shop. The preservative-free sourdough loaves have a yummy crust and a great texture in the crumb resulting from the slow baking. And with many people saying that sourdough bread is healthier its great to have locally made sourghdough available in Raglan.

Jenny has recently started making what she calls breadlets. These are smaller loaves ideal for backpackers and picnickers.
