Raglan Community Board Meeting
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Raglan Community Board will be held in the Supper Room, Town Hall, Bow Street, Raglan on Tuesday 13 August 2013 commencing at 3.00pm.
This notice is given under section 46 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987.

Will it have the future of Raglan planning on the agenda to follow up from yesterday’s meeting and, if so, what further action is likely to be proposed?
The RCB August agenda has not yet been finalised. You were at Monday’s meeting and along with everybody else heard staff say they are required to have a Raglan Planning proposal paper completed in the next few days. They also said they did not believe they could achieve that timing. If a report is available then I’ll ask for it to be on the agenda.
If we wait for the overstretched staff to do the work it’s likely to be a very slow process.
