JOHN OETZEL
John Oetzel is a Professor in the Department of Management Communication at The University of Waikato. He teaches papers in business research methods and high performance teams for Executive Education as well as conflict management and intercultural communication in Management Communication.
His talk will focus on the importance of good communication in the workplace and how to handle conflict effectively—both before it happens and after it has occurred. He lives in Raglan with his partner Keri and children Spencer and Ethan.
