Brian Perry Civil, a division of Fletcher Construction, has made a quick start to the Lorenzen Bay and East St Wastewater Projects. After just being awarded the contracts, residents have been sent the letter below announcing that the project was commencing on Friday 3oth. It is expected that the projects will take 3 months to complete.

Raglan Wastewater Pump Station Upgrades (Lorenzen Bay & East Street) – Brian Perry Civil have been awarded the contract Raglan Wastewater Pump Station Upgrades (Lorenzen Bay, East Street) by Waikato District Council.
We anticipate this work will start, Friday, 30th March 2012. Every endeavour will be made to complete the works as quickly as possible.
The construction work will include pipe storage, pipe welding, pipe laying, deep excavations and directional drilling at Lorenzen Bay, Sunshine Rise, Lorenzen Bay Road, Cambrae Road, and East Street. The design works also has a number of house connections to be reconnected to the new network. Affected landowners in Lorenzen Bay have been previously consulted by Waikato District Council.
A representative from BPC will make contact with you prior to works commencing in your property Also further letter notifications will be sent out prior to any planned domestic water shut downs that may affect you.
