Raglan based Kiwis Against Seabed Mining (KASM) has produced a two-minute video highlighting the concerns of local kiwis, that the NZ Government is selling off mining rights to foreign owned mining companies. The video covers how these companies want to strip mine the seabed destroying this beautiful country for short term gain.
This film and its soundtrack was created for free by the Raglan community that cares more about this beautiful country than money.
Thank you to, Josh Kronfeld, Antonio Maioha, Daniel Kereopa, Peggy Oki, Dave Rastovich, and members of the local Raglan community for giving your time and effort.
KASM is to be congratulated on raising awareness and demonstrating with this fantastic video against mining our seabeds. I’m certainly sharing it. Thank You
