The Raglan branch of the Green Party have created a new regular event for Raglan: Green Drinks.
Green Drinks, held on the last Tuesday of each month is creating an opportunity for Raglan sustainable groups, businesses and individuals to meet, socialise, share, support and encourage each other.

Chloe Swarbrick is coming to the inaugural monthly Green Drinks, at Orca, 7:00pm, Tuesday, 25 July.
At 22yrs old and feeling disappointed with the candidates on offer, Chloe was a high profile candidate in the 2016 Auckland mayoral election. In an epic result similar to Jeremy Corbyn’s rise from far behind, she came 3rd, with 30,000 votes and no media budget but a fresh, smart approach. She chose to join the Green Party, and is now 9th on the Green Party list. A meteoric political career so far. We’re hoping the Raglan community will come and meet her over a drink at Orca.

When I search for ‘meet the candidates 2017’, why is this the only page which comes up? Is it still on at 2pm in the Town Hall on Sunday afternoon (tomorrow)?
It sure is. Raglan Town Hall, 2pm tomorrow. Come and meet the candidates and watch Lisa Thomsosn take them apart with tough questions and pistols at dawn(afternoon dawn).
This year’s meeting is not called “meet the candidates”. It is called, “ask the candidates”. That’s why your search didn’t find it. As far as I know it’s still on: https://www.raglan23.co.nz/2017/sep-10-ask-the-candidates/
