Waikato District Council received two nominations on Tuesday 13th for the Raglan Community Board. They were from current members Linda Cole and Bob MacLeod. these are the first and only nominations recived so far. There are six vacancies, so now we need at least four more nominations.
Nominations close on Friday 16th August.
In another of its quirky moves, Waikato District Council has not placed a downloadable application form for the Raglan Ward Councillor position on its website. This may explain why only one nomination has been received so far. The one received is from the current Councillor, Clint Baddeley.
